Garry Oak Acorns to share!

Hi, I have around 200 sprouted Garry oak acorns that I would love to give to a good home. They were all collected from turtleback mountain preserve with proper permissions and sprouted in early October. Let them grow up in pots for a year or too, or plant directly in the ground this fall.

Happy to share as many or as few as you would like. Call me at 425-530-8118 to arrange for a pickup. I’m on Orcas but occasionally travel to Lopez and San Juan, so inter-island exchange can be arranged!

Hi Kayla, this is exciting, thanks for posting. Many of my acorn gatherings here on San Juan Island have resulted in some kind of worm ruining the seed (wire worm?). Checking my sources again and I may be in touch soon.
